    Easy Chicken Bake :)

now i havent made this yet but im going to either this weekend or during the week but it sounds really good. i got it off the back of a stove top stuffing box and Nate said that he sounded and looked good :)

1 pkg (6oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1/3 cup Sour Cream (it has Breakstones or Knudsen but i think you can use what you want)

1 bg (16 oz) frozen mix veggies thawed and drained

PREHEAT oven to 400. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish; set aside. Add Hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just untill moisten. set aside.

Place  chicken over dry stuffing mix in baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, and veggies; spoon over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing mix

BAKE 30 mins or until chicken is cooked through.

Prep time: 10 min Bake time 30 min

    Makes 6 servings

We had this last night for dinner! It was great! The only thing different that I would do is brown the chicken before I baked it because the stuffing kindda dried out.

I pretty much love anything that you can throw in a baking dish and into the oven. I'll definately try this one soon.
