Centurum. We are looking for a Program Manager in support of the Marine Corps
Systems Command (MCSC) CEOss program.
Duties of Position: The Program Manager will
assume the role as the Centurum IT site lead for Quantico operations, reporting to the San
Diego General Manager. Act as central
POC and Centurum lead for all CEOss matters.
Centurum’s face to MCSC Contracting Officer, ACSS, customers, and
teaming partners for all CEOss issues.
Develop and execute a
marketing strategy to provide a general awareness and understanding of Team
Centurum’s capabilities for all potential customers. Establish and build a strong relationship
with all teaming partners. Ensure
teaming partners understand Centurum’s capabilities and Centurum understands
their capabilities.
Identify upcoming Task
Order Proposal Requests (TOPRs) in Centurum’s domain, Engineering &
Scientific, as early as possible and work closely with the MCSC customer to
understand support requirements. Perform due diligence with each customer
after TOPR is released. Assess Team
Centurum’s capability to support all TOPRs and develop and execute a marketing
strategy to position Centurum favorably with the customer. Act as Centurum lead for all TOPR
opportunities. Assess Team Centurum’s
ability to support a TOPR and identify which teaming partners will support
the Task Order and what their role will be.
Ensure Centurum responds thoroughly and responsively to all Primes
data calls for TOPR responses and inputs.
Develop and execute a
comprehensive call plan to relevant customers and coordinate teaming partner
participation. Assess Team Centurum’s
capabilities to support a TOPR.
Coordinate dissemination of all TOPRs to teaming partners and
recommend a BID/NO BID decision to Centurum CEOss Manager. Act as Capture Manager for all TOPRs
Centurum will BID as prime.
Identify support required
from Centurum Business Development, to produce proposal. Coordinate overall efforts ensuring timely
submission of teaming partner inputs. Keep
Centurum CEOss Manager informed on a weekly basis of all activities related
to this project.
