San Diego, CA - Technical Support Engineers

I am the team lead for a group a folks at Raytheon who are responsible for writing the technical manual and training curriculum for the Marine Corps' newest Aviation Command and Control System.  When fielded, this one system will replace the three legacy Marine Air Command and Control System (MACCS) agencies; Tactical Air Command Center (TACC), Tactical Air Operations Center (TAOC), and the Direct Air Support Center (DASC).

We are looking for prior Marines at all experience levels who have backgrounds as either operators or maintainers in any of those legacy agencies.  All of our work is currently being performed in the San Diego, Ca, area.  Possible travel to 29 Palms (MCCES Air Schools) and Yuma, Az, (Weapons & Tactics Instructor Course) may be required.

The positions available are for Technical Support Engineers. Job responsibilities are as follows:
    - Review engineering documents and source data, and convert the information into training materials and technical manual articles.
    - Write course curriculum using standard Microsoft Office products.
    - Create interactive web-based training lessons using Dreamweaver (experience not necessary, will train).
    - Perform traditional classroom and lab/sim instructor duties.
    - USMC Instructor experience is a plus.

    Sincerely,
