Last night I was hungry & lazy..so I came up with this...hopr you like.
1 Can black beans (with the juice) put into med. sauce pan. Add three to four drops of the green Tobasco sauce, about a table spoon of "mexican spice", one light shake of crushed red pepper and some minced onion (I used dried, but I bet fresh onion would make it even better!).
I simmered it until it was warm & had time to soak up all the flavorings, then added a small amount of Ranch Dressing. This was becasue I was out of sour cream, but it ended up being AMAZING.
I served it with a simple quesadilla...toward the end I used 'scoops' tortilla chips to eat some & that was great too.
