    Please!!!!!!!!!!!!! * Update *

I know this might seem crazy to some , but I am devastated. I just found a tiny hard ball in my dogs stomach when I was checking her. My grandmas dog and my moms cat both had cancer and started off that way.My grandma's dog had 3 operation, but she still died.

Please, please I beg you to send a little prayer our way. I have had her since she was barely 5 weeks old. I bottle fed her and everything. She is my little baby and I honestly don't know what to do without her. She was my companion throughout all those lonely days and nights when Danny was gone. My head is racing right now, because I have 4 weeks left until I ship out for Boot Camp, Danny is working 17/18h a day . I don't know what happens if it's bad. I'm gone and they won't let Danny out of work, because his dog needs to go to the vet. I'm praying it's just a cyst, but I'm so scared that it's not.

All night long I wasn't able to sleep, but thankfully I got in with a very nice vet this morning. As soon as he found the ball, he looked at me and said: She's just starting to go through a false pregnancy and smiled. He pushed around on her stomach and after a while milk came out. He told me that when they do go through a false pregnancy the breast tissue (of course) changes and those balls appear, because she is producing milk. This must have been one of the happiest moments in my life. I started crying and told my doggie that she shouldn't be messing with mommy like that. LOL  On Tue we are finally going to have her fixed, so hopefully no more scary lumps appearing out of nowhere.

Thank you so much for the prayers and good thoughts. They worked and I am the happiest person on earth today.

OMG.  How scary.  I will definitely send a prayer up for your doggy.  I hope it turns out to be NOTHING.  Please keep us posted and everything.  My pets are just like family members so I know how you feel.

Many many prayers. I can understand the surgeries, my Nala has had several surgeries to have Mast Cell Tumors removed. Years ago one was a Grade II but all margins were clean, (knock on wood) since any others were just fatty cysts, thank GOSH. I am sending good thoughts your doggies way.

Prayers sent up.  Now please try to calm down.  Your dog is going to feel your anxiety and no matter what that little ball is, the added anxiety isn't helping you or her.  So calm down and prioritize.  Get the dog to the vet and then wait for results.  It's the waiting that sucks - I know from experience.  And being the overanalyzer that I am, I have to keep myself from researching or thinking about the possibilities.  I've learned that no amount of research will change what's suppose to happen.  Stay positive (especially around your pooch!).

"Yes sir may I have another!"

Sweetie, I'm so sorry that you found this lump.  Hopefully it is not cancer and they can just remove it.  I will be praying for her.  I know how a pet is very much a part of the family.  Hugs!!
