    Is expected to deliver puppies anytime now. I'm so excited that I need to wear pampers. My girlfriend didn't show up last weekend and I wasted 3 Viagra pills. (My arm is in a sling) My life is too complicated. I need a vacation.

    Just use the space bar between each letter, with a double space before and after that word to isolate it from the rest of the sentence.
