The Marine Corps is full of rich history, part of that history began in February of 1943 with the establishment of the Women Marine Reserves and their training at Camp Lejeune.
What makes this announcement special is the find of an original book dedicated to this historical event. Thanks to former Marine SSgt Nancy Luke we now have a copy of the original book in the historical archives of Yellow Footprints.
