    Easy and Delish Stuffed Shells

I'm sharing this recipie because it was EXCELLENT!!..

    What you'll need:
    20 Jumbo/Large Pasta Shells
    1 cup of ricotta cheese
1 cup of shredded mixed italian cheese (parmasean, romano, mozzerella, provolone, and Asiago) I used Great Value brand.)
    1 egg
    2 cloves of minced garlic
    1/2 tsp of parsley
1 jar of spagetti sauce ( I used Traditional but I suppose any type would work)

Cook the pasta shells according to directions on the box and lay them on wax paper or a non stick cookie sheet to cool/dry for a few minutes.

combine ricotta cheese, mixed cheese, garlic, egg, and parsley in a bowl and spoon into ziplock bag. (if you want to add a little spinich to the mix it's great!!)

    preheat oven to 375 degrees

in 9x9 inch baking pan (prefferably glass) place a THIN layer of spagetti sauce to line the bottom.

Cut off 1 corner of the ziplock bag. Pipe mixture slowly into shells. Place one by one into the pan. Pour sauce over shells.

Make sure everything is covered with sauce. If using a glass dish, check the sides to make sure there is sauce between the shells and the dish. If the shells are sticking out they will get dried out and hard.

I used the left over shredded cheese to sprinkle across the
     top..

Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until sauce is bubbling.

When you take it out of the oven, let it cool for about 10 minutes..This is the perfect time to bake that GARLIC BREAD!!
