Ladies before you start reading lets just say I am beyond MAD...

This morning we had a lot of running around to do before my surgery,  we had a follow-up visit with the surgeon,  blood Work (which is scarey itself-it is my CA125,  cancer antigonet test)  we are walking out our front door and I am digging in my purse when i hear my hubby say really loud WTF,  I run towards him and look and the Drivers side of my truck is caved in,  YES some freaking idiot hit my damn truck IN MY DRIVEWAY..  We have a drive way that is open and a lot next to it,  I look around and the grass in my front yard is dug up whith tire marks,  my water line which runs through my freaking yard is caved in.  I started screaming Who would do this to my truck.  My next door neighbor is walking out and says to my husband I heard something last night after the Grammy's were over and I walked out here and saw a Red cadilliac leaving the lot really fast,  he said it was dark so he had no idea until right then that the noises he heard was the idiot hitting my truck.  I am in tears standing there,  my hubby is getting madder by the minute,  and he calls the Jefferson Parish Police,  and tells them our address and we wait for about 10 minutes for them to get here,  and in the mean time I am walking around my truck and there is beer cans in front of my truck,  like the person that hit it just opened therir door and didnt even bother to leave a damn note.  There is the headlight from the other vehicle and also the other vehicles license plate cover laying on the ground.  So we knew that it had to be a red car b/c there is red paint in my truck,  my running board is hanging off,  my alarm system that is in my truck runs through the front down though the panal of the drivers side,  YES now not only is my vehicle wrecked the damn alarm is not wroking 

My huuby get my Nanny here and ask her to take me to the dr,  as he would stat and deal with the police,  the only real lead we had was the Cars color and that it was a cadilliac.  Well as the 3 Jefferson Ploice and I State Trooper are standing out on front of  my vehicle guess who flies by a RED CADILLIAC...Chris jump is his car,  JP Police followd suit and not a block down the car turns in the driveway right down from, us  they walk up to this man and he is SO DRUNK,  he had  lost some bodily function and was disgusting  when approcared  about hit and  run he automatcilly said i didn't do anything,  and I tried to calll the police   when he said that all 6 officers walked him back down to house and pointed to my license plate in the front which had the black with  blue  line thought it(It is  the color for the Police) The police officers told my Mister that tag on that truck you hit,  do you know what it means and he goes  No I don't no want this means,  One of the JP Police said at that moment dude YOU HIT A COPS Personal Car,  this is this police officer personal vehicle,   it belongs to his wife,  and after refusing to take the breath test he was arrested,  THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE,  I have to pay ffor this...I as SO SICK girls over this.

Oh my gosh!! First off, I hope that eveyrthing goes well with the pre-op and surgery. I am praying for your clean bill of health!

I am shaking I am so mad right now! I can't believe your situation! You have every right to be fuming and I can't believe the actions of that guy! I'm glad he was caught and I hope in the end he gets what he has coming to him! I am so sorry this has to come out of your pocket, will your insurance cover anything?

I feel so terrible that things have been so rough for you and this situation doesn't help. I really hope things get sorted quickly and that you are healthy and happy and your car is fixed soon!

Oh wow hun, you do not deserve this at all right now and I'm so sorry. I can't believe that guy, but I'm glad they found him so easily. Many prayers that this all gets worked out.

WTF!!  Seriously, that is possibly the biggest crock of crap!!  What a moron to do that to your car, and then just drive away like it's no big deal.  You do NOT deserve that kind of stuff...especially right now with everything else going on.  I will say this though, I am glad that the guy was dumb enough to drive during the day and go right by your place when the police were there.  I am glad that the guy got caught and arrested.  But he is so stupid for (1) not having insurance and (2) driving while he was plastered.  And he's lucky that he only hit a car and not a person.  I'm sure he wouldn't have been caught as soon as he was had he hit a person.

I really hate people that drink and drive.

 WOW!!  I don't even know what to say.  That is so horrible.  I can't even believe that happened to you or anyone for that matter.  I'm glad they found the guy who did it but that really sucks that he has no insurance.  Can you sue him??  You definitely did not need this. 

Thank You my ladies,  I really appreciate your support.  My appointmrnt yesterday went well,  after me and Nanny explained why my Blood Pressure would be high,  they re-checked before I left and it  is 140/98,  so that is normal for me.  We should know about the CA125 this afternoon.

As for my truck,  this mans wife called my hubbys cell phone last night and told him "NOW GET THIS ladies "  that SHE was driving the car,  I guess she was doing it to help her husband out,  but my hubbyy was very nice to her and told her that while she was showing a good but weird judgement while taking the blame for her husbands actions he said Lady I know who was driving and that person is going to pay for this vie sitting in jail.  He told her that her hubby needed help and he needs to be where he is right now,  he explained to her that if some reason what if my wife or child were in our truck or standing next to it,  he explained to her I would have lost them both,  then how would you or your husband make that right,   he made sure she understood there was no making that right,  he said he would not drop any charges,  and that he was turning it all over to the Insurance company this morning, and he also went to person that owns the house that they rent from and explained this to them,  he did not want them to lose their house but he felt that the property owners deserve to know about it.  I will let yall know what today holds,  gotta be BETTER right...LOL

Oh and we are on countdown,  Thursday Morning,  0500 AM we will be at the hospital....I am READY to get er done.....

That took a lot of nerve of that guy.  I would be so PO'ED!!!!  And no insurance, can your insurance company take him to court, or can you??  I'm so sorry this has happened to you.  You don't need anymore stress at this time.  We'll see what happens when this idiot gets sober.

I hope he gets the appropriate punishment and help.  I am so sorry for all this, I know you have a lot going on. 

OH-MY-GOD.......That really sucks..Im sorry you have to deal with this with everything else going on. I JUST went into state farm the other day and got additional insuance that covers me if someone *without insurance* hits us. With all those crazy illegal immigrants in the city now after the storm, you just never know.

As if you don't have enough on your plate!!! I'm so sorry this had to happen. People are such idiots!!! uggghhh!! I'm glad you were able to get to the pre-op. And glad no one was in your truck when this happened. Good for your hubby not letting them off the hook. That man deserves everything he gets. Imagine if he had hit a person...anybody's child, mother, husband, wife?!?! Lock him up good.

What?!  I am in shock, I can only imagine how frustrated you are with this.  This is the last thing you needed to think about before surgery.  I'm so sorry this happened.  I pray everything goes well in surgery.

That is beyond crazy and I'm so sorry to hear that you have to deal with this right now, of all times. That dude better be dang thankful that no one was standing by the truck or in it. People just dont think or seem to care about the safety of others! I sure hope the insurance company handles it properly bc it is totally not fair that a 100% innocent party would have to pay for that. Good luck with everything girl.

Oh my gosh, girl, that is crazy!! That's the last thing you need right now. I would look into filing a civil suit against him. What a freakin' a-hole, I hope SOMETHING happens to him, you don't deserve the trouble!!

OMG I would be livid about this too! WTF this is so crazy! I hate how this always happens that the person who hits you has no insurance too! gggrrrrr! I'm so sorry you are dealing w/ this mess right before your surgery! I pray that however it is dealt with it happens quickly for your sake and that your surgery goes perfect too hun! keep us posted! I certainly hope that this all works out for you.  The most important thing is that you get better.  Your insurance company will take care of the mess with your truck.
