Also...should i take calulus in hs to anyone who knows?

    Re: Pilot

ok, to start make sure that when you say Marine that the "M" is capital, you can offended ALOT of Marines for not doing that.  Second, yes you can get a four year degree while in active duty, I hear it can be challengeing at times...but I know Marines that have done it. All the other questions Im not sure about, maybe Yeti or some of the other fellow Marines here can answer them for you. (I'm not a Marine yet Jun 8th)

Yeah, yeah, you can get a college degree on active duty...............That is one of the hardest things to do while on active duty.  Many start with good intentions and quit.

You want to be a Pilot, a Naval Aviator, then you need a 4 year degree (a Bachelor's degree) You wanna be a Commissioned Officer, ya need a 4 year degree........unless you are special and get into MCEP or ECP or a Battlefield Commission.......ya have to be Enlist and a Water Walker.

There are no short cuts and they are not going to hand it you on a silver platter.

If you don't like ROTC, then what makes you think you will like being an Active Duty Marine.

If you want to be a Pilot without a 4 year degree, go join the Army.  They have a Warrant Officer Flt Program. (And that program isn't easy either and if you fail, you will be a PFC in the United States Infantry...an Army Grunt!)

There is a search option.  Use it.  All these questions have been answered before.

Your at a d@mn crossroads, so decide if you want to goto school or you want to go off and sign up right away.  Either path is a fulltime commitment

And begin to use standard English.  That is, complete sentences and capitalization of proper nouns (such as Eye).  While in the service you will learn that to recieive a suggestion from a superior is tantamount to receving an order.  so, since you are thick headed and unfamiliar with this concept I'll do it the Marine way.  Change your f*cking moniker.  You have absolutely no right, yet, to use any part of the Marine motto.

I know I am a newb and all but I am also in college so I think I can comment on this, holy sh!t, I participate in the ROTC program here on campus, and these guys are Army, but they are a whole lot more f-ing intelligent than that. I imagine you are not dumb, just freaking think when you type, some of the Marines on here have seen combat, they stood in front of bullets for you. At least show them the respect they deserve and make sure you spell check. I know I seem like the village a$$hole here but trust me I am trying to straighten you out before someone else with a bigger disposition than I do gets a hold of you.

    Pretty much.

Course if he PM's me, I can change that name of his for him.  I would rather correct him and help.  But if he doesn't have the thickness of skin for an internet forum, I really don't even want him making that trip to the yellow footprints.
