I've never made them before, but I love them! But I'm not a huge fan of mustard, so what's a good recipe that doesn't taste like mustard too much? 

I always use mustard, but we like it here, but you could just try leaving out the mustard and seeing how you like it. Besides mustard I usually use mayo, a small ammount of distilled white vinegar, finley chopped onions and paprika. Also I have had the mayo subsituted with cool whip and I really liked those they were a big hit, but my dad likes them the classic way. I have also seen people put chopped bacon pieces in them as well and those were tasty, you can be pretty creative with deviled eggs

 i just use very little mustard in mine like a dot of mustard... (lol), i dont care for the taste either... 

I use a little mustard mixed with mayo and then I add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon.  I've never actually tasted them, but everyone tells me that they're good! 

I put two dots of mustard just for the color, mayo, pinch of salt, pariaka, and sometimes bacon, relish, chopped onion pending on whom I'm making them for.

being that I loooooooooove cheese I'm gonna have to try this! Sounds really tasty to me!
