Re: Deviled Eggs recipe ?
I always use mustard, but we like it here, but you could just try leaving out the mustard and seeing how you like it. Besides mustard I usually use mayo, a small ammount of distilled white vinegar, finley chopped onions and paprika. Also I have had the mayo subsituted with cool whip and I really liked those they were a big hit, but my dad likes them the classic way. I have also seen people put chopped bacon pieces in them as well and those were tasty, you can be pretty creative with deviled eggs

I've always used Paula Deen's recipe. It's yummy! 7 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Salt and pepper, for taste
Paprika, for garnishing
Sweet gherkin pickles sliced, for garnishing
Pimentos, for garnishingHalve 7eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika, pickles, and pimentos. Store covered in refrigerator.

I use a little mustard mixed with mayo and then I add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon. I've never actually tasted them, but everyone tells me that they're good!

I put two dots of mustard just for the color, mayo, pinch of salt, pariaka, and sometimes bacon, relish, chopped onion pending on whom I'm making them for.

I use more mustard than Vinager but you can instead use more vinager. That is what my granny does. Just use Mayo mustard and vinager. That is what I use. Then you can play around with salt peper and peprika. That is more or less the traditiona way of making them.

Re: Deviled Eggs recipe ?
this may sound really weird and it might just be a redneck NC thing to do but we add a little but of pickle juice in with the mayo and mustard and then just sprinkle with paprika. I hate mustard but I am slowly coming around to it. And I personally am not a big fan of deviled eggs (I only really like the white part) but if I'm going to eat a deviled egg it has to be this recipe
