    Stone Cold

That's David Baldacci's latest book.  For non-Marine or non-military books his are among the best.  It appears this one ends his latest series involving an outfit called "The Camel Club".

Danny, I've read several of his books, but it's been a while. Isn't the Camel Club that small group of oldsters,a few former military, in the DC area? One is a caretaker at a small cemetery, one works in the Library of Congress, one is a genius. I forget the others but seem I remember there were 5 of them.

I not long ago read one of his about a murder where the body was found on a small island in the Potomac, and was tied into terrorism. I can't remember the title right now and have most of my books packed up already.

Later that night, while I was thinking about the day's somber events, Cpl. Richard A. Mason, an infantryman with Headquarters Platoon, who, in the short time I was with the company became a good friend, told me, "You're still here, don't forget that. Tell your kids, your grandkids, what Sgt. Peralta did for you and the other Marines today."
Quote from a story written by combat correspondent LCpl Travis J. Kaemmerer who, unfortunately, died in a car crash in Virginia after returning from Iraq.

That's the one Chris.  Oliver (former CIA assassin), Rueben (former DIA agent), Caleb (Library of Congress), and Milton (photographic memory), all around 60.  There are a couple of other "new" and younger unofficial members but it's all good reading.
