This is the easiest cranberry sauce I have ever made and it is really zesty and FANTASTIC on turkey, chicken and ham. Enjoy!
Take a bag of fresh cranberries, 1/3 of an orange peel, and 3/4 cups of white sugar. Put in a food processor until finely chopped (or kill yourself chopping like crazy if you dont have a food processor) let sit in the fridge for approx 6 hours until sugar is dissolved. Serve cold.
