    Ok I am such a big Betty Crocker fan....HOWEVER my husband and I are watching food a bit and have found that the COOKING LIGHT cookbook has some amazing recipies!!!! They are all so flavorful and really amazingly HEALTHY. Its also a very easy to read book and will explain how to do things one by one.

     

    I highly reccomend any of the meals from there.

    I have about 4 of these cookbooks.  They come out yearly.  They also have the magazine cooking light which my mom gave me a subscription to for my birthday last year.  They are great.
