    Chicken Pot Pie

well, i know that theres alot of different recipes for this but i have a good one that i make all the time and its real easy and quick....

1st i get 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast

i put mine in to crock pot with some cream of chicken soup and cook till done (if im gonna be out then ill cook till i get home)

when the chicken is done i get the chicken and i shred it up and place in a bowl with the frozen veggies Or Canned veggies (you can mix and match the veggies better) and some of the juice from the crock pot.

then i get a cake pan and i pour it all in there and i then cover it with a premade pie crust.

heat the oven to 400 and cook for about an 1/2 hour to 45 mins or till the crust is a golden brown.

i know that it sounds like it takes a long time to do this but it doesnt. also to cut time you can use canned veggies and it wont take long to cook.

my Family Loves this and i just wanted to share.

    ENJOY! :p

    ETA: canned veggie info :)

What kindsof frozen veggies do you put in it? My son is allergic to peas so I am out for the peas and carrots mix. ugh.

Do they make little frozen potatoes?

It doesn't get any better than this!

i use can veggies most of the time and you can add whatever veggies you want in it. Nate doesnt care for cooked carrots so i dont put them in. but i get canned Greenbeans, peas, potatoes, and corn. My family just Loves it!

Try canned Veggies... :) you can mix and match better with them :)
