It's grilling season!! I found this recipe on the net about a week ago, made it the other day and had Mike grill them up(because let's face it, he's a better griller!). They were great!
Servings: 4
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
Ready in: 35 minutes
INGREDIANTS
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Steak sauce
4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the grill for medium heat.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard sauce for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill chicken over indirect heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until juices run clear. Baste occasionally with the reserved sauce during the last 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
And that's it.
You can of course do this in the oven or on a George Foreman grill or however you prefer your chicken cooked.
I used 2 teasoons of the steak sauce, only because I love it. Used A1.
I flattened the chicken a little bit.
I marinaded for about 5 hours. It turned out very moist.
We used leftovers for sandwiches the next day with some sharp cheddar cheese. You can cut it up into salad too, as said on the net.
A side I recommend for this:grilled corn on the cob. Yum!
Enjoy.
