    Hot dog Fun

Ok this is something I wanted to share with you guys that have kids. My kids were bored and we didn't have much around for lunch today when they started complaining "I'm huuuuuuuuungry" LOL so we did have some hot dogs. Well my daughter especially LOVES to think she's "helping me" cook. so I took some hot dogs out of the fridge and cut a bunch of them up into little circles real thin *you know what I mean?* and then I let my son and daughter, place them on a cookie sheet in certain shapes! we had a little hot dog house and air plane and hearts and flowers. LOL..they had a blast. then we decorated them with cheese! I took slices of cheese and tore them up into little pieces and let my kids decorate their creations. then I put the cookie sheet in the oven just long enough for the hot dogs to get warm and the cheese to melt and let me tell you...my kids practically devoured this stuff. they LOVED tearing into the hot dog creations they had built! I know it's not exactly a healthy snack but for a once in a while thing to do with your kids at lunch time, I think it's fine and they had so much fun!
