    A couple of questions.

What is the max weight someone that is 5'6" enter the Marine Corps at, i can pass all the physical aspects seeing as i played high level hockey for 13 years but after i aged out i stopped skating everyday and got up to little over 200. Second what are the factors for getting an advanced rank? Thank you in advance,

    Chris

    Re: A couple of questions.

The max wieght for someone to enlist at a height of 5 ' 6'' is 191 lbs. That is if you are between the age of 16-20. I would suggest you start running if you plan on trying to enlist in the Marines. Burn some pounds and get your stamina back up. Boot camp is not an easy thing to accomplish if you are out of shape. As far as the "Advace rank issue", consintrate on getting to boot camp, strive to be the best and test your self inside and out. Try to graduate as the Company Honor Grad and you will earn the rank you want.

Some people spend thier entire life wondering if they made a difference....Marines dont have that problem.
