My name is Jackie Bruce and I am a faculty member at Penn State University. Each year, our Collegiate 4-H group has done a "Boxes of Cheer" campaign around the holidays and sent care packages to men and women in the Middle East. In the past one of our members has had a family member stationed in Iraq, and getting names of individuals has not been an issue. However, that member has since graduated and we're looking for names.
