    I heard recently of a strict diet called the marine diet. It is a 2 week plan that has 3 meals and no snacks and is meant to be a weight loss jumpstart. Have you heard of it and can you share it with me?

    I know of a 12 week plan, its called boot camp [}:)] Sorry I couldn't help myself [;)]

    The best weight loss programs I have heard of have 5 small meals a day to increase your metabolism and include cardio routines over 30 minutes to burn fat and circuit training/weights to increase muscle mass and also speed metabolism.

    Swimming has also been proving to be a total body work out. Great for trying to burn fat and lose some weight!
