Greetings Everyone, I am glad to have been led to this site. What a wonderful support for parents of Recruits. We have been receiving two letters a week so far. Our son is scheduled to graduate on August 18th. I look forward to the supportive conversations. Peace, Zari

Hang in there it will be grad day before you know it. Continue to write letters and wait for letters to come to you. Start watching for the changes in the letters. You start to see the Marine come out in him as the time goes by. Trust me, my parents still have my letters from bootcamp, over 5 years ago and I can see the changes in myself though out the letters.

Thank's to everyone. Sgt. OpGunny, I check the Training Matrix everyday. Yes, he says the only time he's sad is when mail arrives and he doesn't have a letter, so we send him a letter every other day. By now, most of his extended family is writing as well.
